What is CBCA?
CBCA stands for Canada Business Corporations Act.
CBCA is a legislative document that became law in 1975; its purpose is to regulate corporative issues, such as formation, rights and obligations of the shareholders, liabilities between the involved parts etc.
A very important notion brought by CBCA is "incorporation as of right."
