IncTime.Com is the third incarnation of an relatively old project. It first got shut down due to administrative issues and second due to the departure of our documentarian for objective reasons we won’t disclose though.

This time we opted for a blog format for of its accessibility and for the easier content management. Also it comes with interactive features, our readers being able to post their comments after they register.

As the name and the tag line suggest, we provide information regarding company formation and their management. The company is definitely a difficult, especially for first time entrepreneurs. Our experience revealed that many people tried to start their own company at a certain moment in life but give up forever once they had reached difficulties before or after the incorporation process. This should change as many talents end up not following their dreams without even feeling the taste of the professional and personal satisfactions an entrepreneur life can bring.

The entrepreneur life mentioned above is, of course, more demanding than a regular, employee one and it is true that it is not meant for all individuals. This is up to you of course, no one knows you better than you. There’s one quote that can express my idea in better words:
